I am Máté L. Iványi, a PhD student in the Microwave Sensing, Signals & Systems (MS3) group at TU Delft, focusing on antenna measurement techniques.

About me

I am a PhD student in the Microwave Sensing, Signals & Systems (MS3) research group at TU Delft, focusing on antenna measurement techniques. I was born in 2000 in Budapest, Hungary. I received my BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics at the Department of Networked Systems and Services in 2022, and continued my studies there as an Electrical Engineering MSc student.

During my master’s studies I worked on microwave photonics and antenna-related topics. I wrote my master’s thesis in collaboration with Silicon Laboratories Hungary Ltd. on metamaterial-based patch antennas, and received my MSc degree from the Department of Broadband Infocommunications and Electromagnetic Theory in 2024. In May 2024 I joined MS3 at TU Delft as a PhD candidate.
